FP2030

Visualizing Progress & Possibility for Funders

Challenge

The FP2030 All Funders Progress Report is the organization’s accountability and impact publication that summarizes family planning progress and results across its four regional hubs and global portfolios for a diverse audience of donors and partners. More than just a data summary, it acts as a strategic link between FP2030 and the global funding community, demonstrating transparency and measurable impact. We were brought in to lead the design of the 2025 edition, developed during a period of significant disruption and uncertainty for family planning allies. To adapt to the changing landscape, the report needed to go beyond simply reporting metrics. It had to clearly communicate the outcomes and findings of FP2030's work in a format that decision-makers would find engaging, and that would reinforce the value of ongoing investment in rights-based family planning.

Approach

Our design strategy focused on transforming a dense, text-heavy technical report into a highly visual document that emphasized scannability, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. We created a vibrant, colorful layout with strong photography that connects the data to real-world impact. Key insights are highlighted with prominent data points, pull quotes, and infographics, making them easy to grasp at a glance. Bold section dividers and deliberate pacing guide readers through complex findings effectively. Additionally, we produced a concise executive summary and presentation-ready visuals, enabling FP2030 to consistently amplify the report’s results and impact across various audiences and formats.
